We reserve our appointment times specifically for you. We request 24 Hr.'s notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. Failed appointments, regrettably, will be charged for reserved time.
Our office is committed to helping you navigate the "dental insurance maze". We will always go above and beyond in helping patients maximize their dental insurance benefit and plans. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. We ask that the estimated patient portion be paid at the time of service.
As a service to our patients, we will submit a claim to the insurance providers for services and allow them 30 days to render payment. After 30 days, you are responsible for the balance, paid-in-full. As always, our courteous staff is available to help answer any questions that you may have.
